Anyhow, this just in -- the Murder Tally (still capitalizing) is now at 95. Take it, Action News:
The teen, whose name was not released, was shot in a parking lot near Narragansett and Stenton.
Investigators are looking for the shooter, described as a dark-skinned black man who was also about 18 or 19 years old. He stood about 5'7" and was last seen riding a purple bicycle south on Stenton Avenue.

The 18-year-old shot near Stenton Avenue is Philadelphia's 95th murder victim of the year.

Philadelphia + a hand basket = going straight to hell.
