The CW's one new sitcom, "The Game" happens to have two actresses who used to act with their twin sisters.
Tia Mowry, who stars as the girlfriend of an NFL rookie (Pooch Hall), actually auditioned for the role against her sister -- and former "Sister, Sister" co-star -- Tamera, while Brittany Daniel, who plays another player's wife, says her "Sweet Valley High" co-star (and twin) has left the business, somewhat to her relief, since it's bad enough competing against other actresses without facing one who looks just like her.
Mowry say casting directors don't seem to have any trouble telling the sisters apart and that she thought her audition for "The Game" was different from Tamera's, but it took their co-star Coby Bell, who plays Daniel's husband, to find the real silver lining:
"If anything should happen to either of you, we have backup," he said.
