Chad Lowe is joining Fox's "24" in the sixth episode, playing a White House deputy chief of staff who reports to Peter MacNicol's character.

Since his brother, Rob Lowe, spent time in a similar position -- albeit in a somewhat saner White House -- in "The West Wing," he was naturally asked about it.

"I think this is the one job that I have that he's actually really jealous of," he said.
