TV'S OTHER FEUD

Though the Rosie-Trump feud has been something of a distraction -- more about that, I'm afraid, later today, when the Donald puts in an appearance here -- some of you might have noticed that Fox News Channel's Bill O'Reilly's been in a one-man war with NBC News, which he's inclined to blame for allowing MSNBC's Keith Olbermann's attacks on O'Reilly.

"I think it's kind of sad and pathetic, some of the things he's been lobbing at us these days," says NBC News president Steve Capus, who'd rather we asked questions about the incredibly anticlimactic "announcement" that "Today" is going to a fourth hour (though without Meredith Vieira, who will continue to confine her monkey-kissing activities to the 7-9 a.m. block).

Still, Capus might not want O'Reilly to stop, because "the more he does it, the more success we have."

Though it could just be the monkeys.
