If you're the kind of person who'd like to get a text message or e-mail when "60 Minutes" or "Cold Case" runs late because of football, has CBS got a program for you.
Called the "CBS Eye-lert System" (who names these things?), it's supposed to warn you when football runs late, as it does most Sundays in the fall, and alert you again with the time that the show you're waiting for is actually on.
You can sign up for this handy-dandy service at CBS.com, CBSNews.com, SportsLine.com, or the brand-new CBSeyelert.com, for which the network recently plunked down "50 bucks," according to CBS marketing group president George Schweitzer, but which doesn't yet seem to be online.
