As we're closing down the session for NBC's "Life," co-star Adam Arkin is asked if he's "shocked" that Mandy Patinkin is leaving a hit TV show.

"He's done it before," says Arkin, who was left behind when Patinkin exited "Chicago Hope."

Then, he adds: "No, I was not shocked. But I tend not to get shocked too easily by anything having to do with show business."
