Don't expect to see Arnold "Terminator" Schwarzenegger on Fox's "Terminator" movie franchise spinoff, "The Sarah Connor Chronicles."
"The reality is, as governor, he's incredibly busy. As a star, he's incredibly expensive," says consulting producer James Middleton, who's also overseeing the development of "Terminator 4."
