'SLEEPER CELL' ASLEEP FOR NOW

Looks as if Showtime's "Sleeper Cell" might actually be a sleeper.

Robert Greenblatt, the premium cable channel's entertainment president, suggests that the show might return at some point in the future -- he seems to be talking a couple of years out, at least -- to check in on the war on terror.

"I hope the state of terrorism will be vastly improved, but unfortunately, I don't think it will be," Greenblatt said.

For those who like to plan their viewing on a bit tighter schedule, here are the dates for four other Showtime series:

Aug. 13: "Weeds" and "Californication" (new series).

Sept. 30: "Dexter" and "Brotherhood"
