A former staffer of mine told me about a great new search engine.
I can't even tell you how many times I pull up a search engine
in a day -- at work or at home for all sorts of reasons. Goodsearch.com allows you to designate a charity to receive just one penny for each search that you do through their site. One penny may not seem like a lot, but when you when you think about an average of 5 searches a day, 5 days a week for a year -- it can really add up.
So - I'm asking you to take a look at the site and consider using it as your search engine. Just designate a charity as the recipient and watch the contributions grow. It is an easy way to give to a cause you care about.

Hi Flavia,
Just wanted to tell you about GiveSmart.com as well. They just launched a new webmail system at http://webmail.givesmart.com Everytime a user sends an email, reads an email, etc., they will generate money for their supported organization.
GiveSmart also has a search engine powered by AskJeeves. It's a good add on to goodsearch and an additional way to generate more revenue for a user's desired organization.
Please check them out and let me know what you think. Thanks a bunch.
