In case you missed this from a few days ago, here I am on CNN with Larry King, discussing the tragic death of John Travolta's son (transcript here). Losing a child would be unspeakably awful and to do it in the public light is more than I can even imagine.

As usual you say what I think. I mean, why can't we accept what happened? Why does the media constantly search for something that isn't there?
I am a big fan of John Travolta because of his early television days and of course Saturday Night Fever. John has always been the exception to the rule concerning super stardom and its downfalls.
His son has died, it will hurt, and it is very, very sad. Let's just leave it at that and let John and his family deal with this in peace.

Thanks for posting this article. I'm definitely frustrated with struggling to search out pertinent and intelligent commentary on this subject. Everybody now goes to the very far extremes to either drive home their viewpoint that either: everyone else in the planet is wrong, or two that everyone but them does not really understand the situation.
