    I love your weekly column!I am trying to fight the flab and I know I have very poor muscle tone.What is better when doing weights heavy weights and less reps or lighter weights and more reps? I am confused about that.But when all is said and done I will still need some cosmetic surgery but I want to get better tone and more muscle. Thank you for your column and your answers it will help me.Good Luck everybody
