The interview with John Hudome was very interesting and motivating. John has a voice made for podcasts. I look forward to hearing more from John in the future.

John brought up some interesting points I hadn't previously thought of. Like...my lack of energy being interpreted by my body as needing food when all it needed was some sleep!!! I think I habitually do that. I would love to hear more hands-on practical ways to improve my eating habits using either visual stimuli or other techniques that would help to improve/update my "software" regarding healthy eating habits.
