Be prepared to walk at an average of 4 MPH, 15 minutes per mile pace with few breaks. Bring water and wear well broken-in boots, shoes, or sneakers (sneakers are adequate in dry conditions). Runners will run north 1.5 miles on Kelly Drive's paved path alongside Philadelphia's famous Boat House Row and turn around at the Columbia Avenue Bridge. The bicycle ride is jointly sponsored by PA Horticultural Society's Tree Tenders, Treevitalize and the Bicycle Club of Philadelphia.     • 6:30 p.m. TRACK WORKOUT: Because of daylight saving and lack of lighting at Chestnut Hill Academy, we are moving the workouts to the Roxborough High School track. The workouts will be held every Tuesday at 6:30 at this location. There is lighting at this track so footing should not be a problem.     • 6:00 p.m. CONSHOHOCKEN TO ART MUSEUM BIKE RIDE: 14-16 mph, 25 miles. Meet at the SEPTA train lot which is under the Conshohocken Bridge next to the "Outbound Station" candy store (E. Elm St. and Harry St in Conshohocken). We'll ride the back roads to Manyunk then pick up the West River Drive en route to the Philly Art Museum. Return to Conshohocken by 8:30-9:00 pm via the East River drive, Manyunk and River Rd. Short 5 min. bathroom stop at mile 13 at Lloyd Hall.
