- 6:00 p.m. GROUP TRAINER BIKE RIDE: Every Tuesday and Thursday night thru the winter, unless circumstances prohibit, there is a group trainer ride 6:10 at Cycle Sport. We follow training videos for a 40min to 1hr workout, not including warm up and cool down. People wishing to "ride" with us need only bring their bike and trainer. - 10:00 a.m. WELLS MILLS PARK & NATURE CENTER HIKE: 6 or 10 miles, moderate/brisk pace. This is a more difficult hike, due to some very hilly terrain. It also includes walks along picturesque lake and cedar swamps. Option to do short hike and sign out after lunch stop, or continue to do the rest of the hike. Lunch stop is near starting point. - 6:30 p.m. WORLD ATHLATE INDOOR YOUTH TRACK MEETS: Since 2003, World Athlete has been providing healthy track and field recreation and competition programs. This year, World Athlete offers its first Indoor Youth Track Meets at the new Moorestown Athletic Center behind Moorestown HS, 350 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ.
