    • 6:00 p.m. GROUP TRAINER BIKE RIDE: Every Tuesday and Thursday night thru the winter, unless circumstances prohibit, there is a group trainer ride 6:10 at Cycle Sport. We follow training videos for a 40min to 1hr workout, not including warm up and cool down. People wishing to "ride" with us need only bring their bike and trainer. The ongoing, every Friday night, all year round, Friday night fitness hike, where we try to work up a sweat exploring the sand roads and trails of Brendan Byrne S.F. Be prepared to walk at an average of 4 MPH, 15 minutes per mile pace with few breaks. Bring water and wear well broken-in boots, shoes, or sneakers (sneakers are adequate in dry conditions). Socks are also important footgear, synthetics and wool being better at preventing blisters (avoid cotton socks). It is NOT the rolling speed, so there may be times when our rolling speed is greater (or less) depending on the terrain, etc. Ride format is double pace line, steady tempo. There are no stops. The usual winter rules may be modified by whatever bizarre weather we experience that day, so the actual ride details will be determined by day-of conditions. Hike through Batsto Village and south of Rt 542 to the end of “The Forks”, where the Mullica and Batsto Rivers converge to create The Forks area. Arrr, mates, search for gold, pirates, ship wrecks, treasure, Batsto Landing, Rabbit Island, and the historic Van Sant Ship Yards, as you walk through history. A Treasure map will be provided. Ride Sunday afternoon when the sun is higher and the temperatures are warmer. This ride will go to various locations in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Average speed can be lower if hilly.     • 12:45 p.m. AARON’S TRAINGING BIKE RIDE: Sunday training ride from Paper Mill Park. This will be a variable route training ride that will average 14-16 mph over typically rolling to flat terrain. Some hills every now and then. Look for 30-45 miles depending on weather conditions. We will maintain the pace to assure a good base miles type of conditioning to prepare ourselves for the spring. Be sure to call the ride leader if the weather is in doubt.     • 6:30 p.m. TRACK WORKOUT: Because of daylight saving and lack of lighting at Chestnut Hill Academy, we are moving the workouts to the Roxborough High School track.
