    • 6:00 p.m. GROUP TRAINER BIKE RIDE: Every Tuesday and Thursday night thru the winter, unless circumstances prohibit, there is a group trainer ride 6:10 at Cycle Sport. We follow training videos for a 40min to 1hr workout, not including warm up and cool down. People wishing to "ride" with us need only bring their bike and trainer. There are a few spots where there are ruts in the road so a 10W light beam for the front should be used at a minimum. Bring your sense of adventure. The ongoing, every Friday night, all year round, Friday night fitness hike, where we try to work up a sweat exploring the sand roads and trails of Brendan Byrne S.F. Be prepared to walk at an average of 4 MPH, 15 minutes per mile pace with few breaks. Bring water and wear well broken-in boots, shoes, or sneakers (sneakers are adequate in dry conditions). Socks are also important footgear, synthetics and wool being better at preventing blisters (avoid cotton socks).     • 10:00 a.m. PENNYPACK PARK HIKE: 7-8 miles, brisk pace. A N.E. Phila loop hike. Bring lunch to eat on the trail or when we finish, depending on the weather. Meet at the small stone building at the entrance to the parking lot off Rhawn Street. This meeting place is only about 5 minutes from the Tacony Palmyra bridge. Cross bridge and take the second right at the base, which is State Road (Route 73). From this point it is 1.7 miles to Rhawn Street. Stay to the left (New State Road) when you come to fork in the road. Continue on New State Rd until you see Rhawn St on your left. Ride Sunday afternoon when the sun is higher and the temperatures are warmer. This ride will go to various locations in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Average speed can be lower if hilly.     • 12:45 p.m. AARON’S SUNDAY AFTERNOON TRAINING BIKE RIDE: Leaving from the Paper Mill Park, this will be a variable route training ride that will average 14-16 mph over typically rolling to flat terrain. Some hills every now and then. Look for 30-45 miles depending on weather conditions. We will maintain the pace to assure a good base miles type of conditioning to prepare ourselves for the spring. Be sure to call the ride leader if the weather is in doubt. We will NOT ride when temperatures are below 30 degrees at the start. This meeting place is one block from the intersection of Rt. 70 and Haddonfield Road/Grove St. This intersection is at the corner of the old Garden State race track and has a Chili’s Bar and Grill.     • 6:30 p.m. FLY BY NIGHT BIKE RIDE: Leave the church parking lot next to Papermill Park (at the intersection of Papermill and Ebeneezer Church Roads) for a 21 mile flat to hilly ride through Newark neighborhoods.
