Take Rt 195 West about two miles to Rt 130 (exit 5). Follow Rt 130 North about 1 mile past a large shopping center to intersection with Rts 33/526 in Robbinsville. Turn left at intersection (traffic light) then right at next light (Rt 526 Robbinsville-Edinberg Rd). From this point travel 3 miles to dead end at Rt 535 (Edinberg Rd). Turn left on Rt 535 and go just a bit to entrance of park on right. Enter and continue straight ahead slightly over one mile. Marina driveway is on right, across from Park Ranger headquarters. Then continue down the less traveled west side of the Mullica River to the other side of Beaver Pond and the mysterious ‘bridge to nowhere'. Bring full lunch. Meet on the grass field at Atsion. Meet at Kahn's Park, 11th and Pine every Monday at 7:00 PM. Run/Walk will start at 7:10 PM, and will be 5 miles. You will meet back at Kahn's Park around 8 PM. - 3:00 p.m. KEMPER PARK BIKE RIDE 2007: 13-14 mph, 20-30 miles. Start at Kemper Park, 905 Valley Road, Warminster, PA. We'll start up the rides again for 2007. - 6:00 p.m. GROUP TRAINER BIKE RIDE: Every Tuesday and Thursday night thru the winter, unless circumstances prohibit, there is a group trainer ride 6:10 at Cycle Sport. We follow training videos for a 40min to 1hr workout, not including warm up and cool down. People wishing to "ride" with us need only bring their bike and trainer. - 6:30 p.m. TRACK WORKOUT: Because of daylight saving and lack of lighting at Chestnut Hill Academy, we are moving the workouts to the Roxborough High School track. There is lighting at this track so footing should not be a problem. The track is at the intersection of Pechin and Hermitage streets just below the High School, which is on Ridge Avenue. - 6:30 p.m. SPINNING RETURNS TO CORNERSTONE: Spinning on the Big Screen returns! Meet at Cornerstone Church of Skippack, Rt. 73, Skippack (1 mile east of the Village). We'll rotate spinning tapes ranging from 45 to 90 minutes; feel free to share your video. Bring your own bike and trainer. Requesting $1 donation each night from each spinner. New to indoor? - 6:30 p.m. WORLD ATHLATE INDOOR YOUTH TRACK MEETS: Since 2003, World Athlete has been providing healthy track and field recreation and competition programs. This year, World Athlete offers its first Indoor Youth Track Meets at the new Moorestown Athletic Center behind Moorestown HS, 350 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ.
