    • 6:00 p.m. GROUP TRAINER BIKE RIDE: Every Tuesday and Thursday night thru the winter, unless circumstances prohibit, there is a group trainer ride 6:10 at Cycle Sport. We follow training videos for a 40min to 1hr workout, not including warm up and cool down. People wishing to "ride" with us need only bring their bike and trainer.     • 10:00 a.m. LANCASTER BIKE RIDE: Miles: 40ish, Class C+. A stroll through Lancaster. Starting from March Creek boat dock at the end of Lyndell road we will head out to Hibernia and then north over to Mount Welsh. Meet at the Pennypack Park parking lot off Pine Road. This meeting place is about 20 minutes from the Tacony/Palmyra bridge. Come over the bridge and take the second right at the base onto State Rd (Rt 73). (From there it is 1.7 miles to Rhawn St). Stay to the left when you come to the fork in the road. Turn left onto Rhawn St. and drive approx 4 miles to where the street dead ends into Huntington Pike. Pine Rd is the first street on the right. There is a Dunkin Doughnuts on the corner. Ride Sunday afternoon when the sun is higher and the temperatures are warmer. This ride will go to various locations in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Average speed can be lower if hilly. The First Annual Indoor College Showcase highlighting indoor field hockey and providing a recruiting preview for the NIT. Indoor play is fast, continuous, challenging - guaranteeing both quality and high frequency of touches for players and evaluators. Each playing session (2 morning sessions, 2 afternoon sessions) is structured as a 5 hour round robin. 6 teams will play in each round robin. There is an option to join us for lunch at a nearby restaurant after the hike. Meet in the parking lot of the Lobster Trap restaurant on North Park Drive in Pennsauken. Take Rt 130 to Cuthbert Blvd. Go south on Cuthbert to the first light, which is North Park Drive. Turn right and go to the restaurant parking lot, about half a mile on the left. We’ll be looking for a short cut to Lands End, as we walk out that sometimes puddly road to our lunch stop, a pleasant place on the Mullica river. From Atsion, go South on Rt 206 for two miles.
