    Hi All,

    Sorry I haven't been in contact, lately. I have been busy getting fit and fabulous!

    I have lost 17 lbs. so far.

    I exercise most days of the week. I have been eating mostly "green" the past 2 days. (eating and juicing vegetables) trying to "DETOX".

    That's all I have for now. How are you doing with your fitness programs?

Meet in the parking lot of the Lobster Trap restaurant on North Cuthbert Blvd. Take Rt 130 to Cuthbert Blvd. Go south on Cuthbert to the first light, which is North Park Drive. Join the Aston Hill Climbing Society for hill repeaters on the mountains of Aston. All riders welcome since you do the hills at your own pace. Afterwards we'll hit Rita's for FREE WATERICE. Intended to be a training ride for those who want to move up to CLASS A rides. After a brief warm-up, we maintain a 21+ mph pace. Everyone takes turns pulling.
