PoliticsPA has officially declared Congressman Chaka Fattah... the front runner?

Congressman Chaka Fattah goes up as PoliticsPA is the first to announce he will formally hire consultant David Axelrod, who helped Philadelphia Mayor John Street win his 1999 and 2003 campaigns. The bottom line: Fattah is serious, and he is the frontrunner.

I agree. I think Fattah is going to be the lightening rod in the campaign that all the other candidates target. They will focus on cutting him down before turning on each other.

What makes Fatah the "frontrunner", has he ever run city wide. Most of the City has never even had an opportunity to vote or not vote for him. I want someone who can represent the entire City. Isnt there ANYONE who has been there and done that. Cant we find someone that can go into EVERY neighborhood and represent them. Why is it always this part of the city or that part that someone represents. I hope one of the candidates has at least visited every ward, division and neighborhood.
