So will T.-for-tough Milton Street do what he said he would, and drop out -- since 5,000 people didn't show?

Metro's blog is reporting that he said he would continue with his campaign in spite on the low turnout. Apparently there's "something inside him he can't explain" that makes him want to soldier on... or something like that.
