Bob Brady CAN stay on the ballot.
Today, the state Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal of lower court rulings that said he should stay on, which means that he will stay on the ballot May 15.

Its good to see that this unnecessary sideshow has come to an end. What it did display, however, is Knox's disdain for the democratic process and disdain for those institutions designed to safeguard the public trust.
The monarch of rittenhouse square wasted the taxpayers time and money in this cynical attempt to consolidate votes along racial lines. Here we are, 3 months later, with nothing achieved. If this is any indication of how King Knox would govern, we should all take heed of his arrogance and disdain for everyday people.
Look beyond his hollywood crafted image to see the unscrupulous, ruthless businessman he is. Look at the new Philly Mag article, its all there.
Do not let the fox in the henhouse. Do not let a predatory lending insider become the guardian of the public welfare.

Bob Brady is nothing but an illiterate liar and fraud who should be running for dogcatcher, not Mayor.

Much like the rest of his career, the Knox campaign is nothing more than fraud wrapped in hyperbole.
Knox is a man who has built his fortune on the backs of the working poor. Stop this man before he strip mines City government in a effort to line his own pockets.

Round 3. Knox loses, AGAIN. That would be because his suit is totally without merit. Knox appears to be a rich bully who is used to buying things, and cheating to get what he can’t buy. That is what is really going on with this ballot challenge. Knox is afraid of Bob Brady. Afraid of his pas success, afraid of his good guy character, and afraid of the RESULTS that Bob Brady produces. While Knox was sitting around thinking of ways to cheat and get people thrown off the ballot, Brady is out working. In addition to doing his regular job in DC, he was taking the time to solve a strike approve energy policies (check it out here http://www.thenextmayor.com/documents/20070419_Brady_Plan_Energy_and_Sustainability.html)
If Knox was any sort of a worthwhile candidate, he would not be thinking of ways to buy and cheat the voters, he would be thinking of ways to win them over. However, every time I see him on TV, he comes across as someone with the personality of an angry rattlesnake, so maybe winning voters over isn’t’ his best bet. I agree with all THREE of the decisions “whenever possible, election contests should be decided by the hand of the voter in the election booth and not by the pen of the judge in the judicial chamber”. You know, I don’t care if he wastes his time, or the time of his lawyers (who are they anyway, Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe?), what I really mind is he’s wasted the time of the taxpayers, and the courts. These courts need to be dealing with serious issues, not those of a scared little boy who’s pouty cause he can’t buy the judiciary.

I really want to believe that the people of our city are smart enough to determine that kNOx is a total fraud; a sinister, ego maniac that preys on poor people. He uses a "free food" gimmick, because he lacks real substance. Check him out in the debates -he is totally and I mean - totally lost! Without his script he fails miserably.
I am calling for all good citizens to reject this rich, abrasive, fraud, kNOx -DO NOT VOTE FOR HIM!
Let him buy his toys and soothe his ego elsewhere. He is one sick pup.

Knox made money, so what? He grew up in public housing on welfare.
I am supposed to dislike a guy who actually made something of himself?
Brady grew up in a working class home, THEN he went on welfare. Followed by thirty years of dubious patronage jobs, living on the taxpayers dime.
