Seven Days in the Mayor's Race

Here's your weekly update of upcoming events in the mayor's race! (And it's the busiest yet.)

As you know, The Next Mayor is keeping an ongoing calendar of events in the race, thanks to our friends at the Fels Civic Exchange. Visit our site to see it -- or to submit an event.

One important note: On Sunday, May 6 The Next Mayor will host the five Democratic mayoral candidates for a live, televised forum moderated by Marty Moss-Coane, host of WHYY 91FM’s Radio Times. The forum will take place before a live audience at the WHYY Technology Center and will be broadcast on WHYY TV12, 91FM, as well as online at www.thenextmayor.com and www.whyy.org. It will also be rebroadcast on WHYY’s digital channels and made available via Comcast On Demand.

Questions posed to the candidates will be selected from questions submitted by the audience, which will be comprised of members of The Next Mayor’s Community Network, and invited guests.

Moss-Coane will also interview each of the five Democratic candidates this week on her program Radio Times, which airs weekdays at 10 am on WHYY 91FM.
