I stopped by the Committee of Seventy today, where they continue to analyze the process of voting that we all just went through last week, and they have a whole file of "sample ballots" that their volunteers brought back.
I made some b&w copies and scanned them into a .pdf document so you can get a look at some of the lit that was floating around on Election Day.
Some things to note when you look at this:
I'm pretty sure page 10 was the "official" endorsed slate of the Philadelphia Democratic Party, though, aside from the hastily scrawled "Pay for by 2nd ward" on the top, there's no indication of who paid for it (it does have a union bug, which means someone paid for it).
Pages 11 and 12 (labor donated) were two sides of a two-sided handout that also claim to be the "Official Democratic Ballot" for Northeast Philadelphia's Future. You'll notice that page 13, which looks very similar to page 11 but was only one-sided, doesn't indicate a choice for mayor but leaves Evans off. There's also some differences in the row offices and judicial candidates that leads me to believe that this was far less "official" than the one it was trying to mimic.
Did anyone see an "Official Democratic Ballot" that had Tom Knox as the mayoral candidate? If so, what part of the city?

I got one in West Philly. Would be happy to mail it to you if you want it. I kept it because I scrawled my actual votes on the back :)

I might still have the official Blackwell/Knox ballot, if you want it.
My official DCC ballot looked exactly like the one on page 7, as far as I remember. I threw it out, though, so I can't say for sure.
My Willis Berry ballot, which I still have, looked exactly like the one in the PDF.
