"Mayor Knox" would give us a Blackwell Council Presidency and John Doc as head of the dem party....that's reform???
Knox's latest ad looks like a rip-off of the Nutter ads which have him talking directly to the camera.

Knox's ad looks about like his other ones. It also seems kind of somber and downbeat.
Nutter's ad is upbeat -- looks more like what you'd expect in the home-stretch of a campaign to get his supporters excited and out to the polls on election day. It also reminds me a bit of the post-9/11 "I'm an American" ads.

Agreed. Knox's ad is just the same old thing.
Nutter's definitely plays into the "we can win this thing and make positive difference" theme.

Does Knox not have arms? That ad really showcases his completely non-existent personality.

Nutter bringing it home with this one. This add clearly shows that he is the UNITY candidate for Phildelphia, with support from all types of Philadelphians. This translates into more than just votes on e-day. This translates into widespread support for his iniatives to get things done once elected.
I saw Knox in Rittenhouse yesterday shaking hands, he looked nervous talking to people. This also comes across in this add,at forums, etc. Maybe it's just cause he is older that he is so stiff, but it is more likely his personality.

Yes Dan U-A, those were "PAID" Nutter staffers in his ad... whatever, as long as it works. The key is to have the most votes at the close of May 15.

Actually, the people I know in there aren't paid.

I like Mike Nutter but I did not like this ad. I like the fact that there are all kinds of people in the ad but I think they should have each had something significant to say. You know like I like Mike Nutter because he's got the toughest plan for lowering crime, because he wants to bring more biz to city, because he has a child in public school just like me, because he wants to clean up city hall, because he has a record for fighting for ethics reform, because he cares about the health of the people in my community, etc....
