More about this later but for now, take a look at the list of people who are on the Zoning Code Commission (or ZCC as they're trying to be known). Notice any candidates for mayor?
Yep. That's right. Al Taubenberger is there and doesn't even have a designated alternated in case something happens to him... like getting elected mayor. Does anyone have a problem with Mr. Taubenberger participating on a commission that should be devoid of politics while he runs for office?

There are more than a few "suspects" on the committee. I guess that they need to isure that the big law firms and connected developers get their "seat" at the table.
Nutter needs to appoint an entirely new zoning board and an entirley new Licenses & Inspections management team too! Recycling the current L & I deputies and managers is like putting the foxes in the henhouse again! Clean it up one and for all people!!!
Pay close attention to the appointments to the ZBA Board and the L & I Department!!!!

I hate to bring this up but I mentioned sometime back T-berger had other motives and being Mayor wasn't really on his agenda.
If the political operational edge in Philly weren't so stupid they would be amusing.
