As a former scout and (Eagle Scout class of 1990 - wooooooo!) and former summertime employee of the Cradle of Liberty Council and as someone who disagrees completely with theirs and the national organization's position on gays in scouting, I ask is this an issue for the next mayor:

And why or why not?

Lets put it this way. Homsexuality and heterosexuality are ways of life that aren't disappearing and folks will always have an opinion about. Do I think gays in scouting should be an issue with Nutter. I think all things involving the populous and aspiring combinations to seek balances should be an issue for all mayors.
