We checked with both David Oh and Ralph Wynder, the ward leader in the 38th. Wynder said he's heard of the ballot (which is rumored to have only four names on it: Nutter; Councilwoman-at-large Blondell Reynolds Brown, Traffic Court nominee Bernard Strain and Oh), but it definitely is not the ward's official ballot.

Here we are on election day and I am scared to death. Scared to death of Michael Nutter. Four more years of the same thing coming our way. I have posted in the Daily news time and again asking Mr. Nutter for a plan. So far, nothing. I guess we are used to that though. Absolutely Nothing.
