Many folks are a-twitter over the news that Rachael Ray's Tasty Travels will be shooting around Philly on April 3 and 4. That is correct, as a rep of High Noon Production confirms. A crew will be here. But those expecting to see Ray, up close in all her perkiness, will be disappointed. The High Noon rep says that because of Ray's busy schedule, only production people will visit the restaurants and that this had been the plan from the start.

What Joy!
I am very happy that she will not be visiting our city. I am so saturated with her and her screaming voice, abbreviations and self serving style.
Talk about being about being born under a lucky star--this is the one. Anyone, that can make an empire out of pots of beans and grilled cheese is more than lucky.
I think it is a sad commentary on middle American. The lower your standards the more appealing you become. Cooking is an art, not a gimmick.

The show is a fraud. It's just one long commercial and she's the narrator.
