A neat space is on the market: It's the ground-floor corner, facing 15th Street, South Penn Square and City Hall, at the soon-to-be-completed 48-story Residences at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia.
Steve Gartner of Metro Commercial says the 2,400 square feet will have 16-foot-high panoramic windows and a deep sidewalk for outdoor dining.
