Inquirer columnist Annette John-Hall took a loooong (seven mile) walk with Mayor Street recently, who is in full legacy mode. John-Hall reports that the fitness-first Street was loose and easygoing during their jaunt, as he looked back on a number of his administration's accomplishments.
