Jimmie and Jennie

Jimmie Dale Gilmore and Jennie Scheinman played the World Cafe Live last night. Here's the review. Songs from Scheinman's solo vocal debut can be heard on her My Space page, including her version of the Bob Dylan arranged trad folk tune "I Was Young When I Left Home." Gilmore closed Monday's show with Butch Hancock's "If You Were A Bluebird." Here's a video of the two Texas songsmiths singing it together.
