Daniel Hoffman has worked in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries for over 20 years in marketing, manufacturing and regulatory roles. He has worked for Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals and was also a visiting marketing professor at St. Joseph's University (Philadelphia). He holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California in political sociology. He is the principal of Pharmaceutical Business Research Associates, a consulting firm, which seeks and does business with drug companies. He has done non-diabetes consulting work for GSK in the past but currently holds no contracts with the company.
