Thanks largely to the patronage of the U.S. Defense Department, investors in Exton-based Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. are flying high from sales of its flat-panel displays and monitoring systems. Shares have risen almost 50 percent since January. So, major shareholders have registered plans with the SEC to sell 3.5 million shares. In a new SEC filing, it says chief executive Geoffrey S.M.
