C&D Technologies Inc. Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey A. Graves received $568,1000 in compensation in the 2007 fiscal year, the Blue Bell, Pa.-based company said in a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. Graves, 46, got a base salary of $500,000, a bonus of $45,000 and other compensation of $23.,100. He has been chief executive of the maker of power storage systems since July 2005.
