Repercussions can occur when companies give big bonuses to senior executives soon after they've asked for sacrifices from the rank-and-file. A week ago, US Airways pilots set up informational picket lines at PHL, demanding management give back to employees some of the pay and benefits they gave up, twice in three years, to help get the airline out of bankruptcy.
