Lawnmower Slobs

Almost all of the so-called landscapers will mow people's grass and blow the cuttings all over everyone else's property and into the streets. I actually saw one push a heaping pile of grass down the sewer at the corner of the street. We are fed-up with these lawnmower slobs. They are everywhere and should be held accountable. Even the city lawnmower people do crappy work - just look around. Roosevelt Boulevard is a very good example. Thank you, Rhawnhurst

Why don't you suggest where to put the clippings?

JC:

Believe it or not, there are people who just think that storm drains equal trash cans. Whenever I see people treating a storm drain like a trash can, I just explain to them the difference simply, using small words, and it usually gets the point across.
