First Snow Threat?

Neither the National Weather Service nor Accu-Weather are talking about significant snow in their late weekend forecasts.

But at least one Accu-Weather meteorologist, Henry Margusity, is saying that parts of the Midatlantic and Northeast could see their first accumulating snows of the season.

The government model may have the storm traveling to the Great Lakes, leaving Philadelphia on the warm side, but Margusity doesn’t buy it.

He believes it will take a more southerly track and perhaps blow up into a nor’easter.

This may or may not happen, but even the very talk is a sure sign that the seasons are finally changing.
