I am proud of my son's accomplishments and dedication to his work. We pray for his safe return home. We miss him and love him very much.
Thank you, Mr. Spiri, for sharing these precious moments while he, and so many other brave soldiers and support contractors, are so far from home.

As an Alamogordo mom of another 4-1 CAV soldier who is with the 1-9 at FOB Sykes, it was great to listen to this interview. SPC Valdez represents his family, hometown, and the country well. I appreciated hearing the perspective of a young soldier (class of '05-same as my son), and Mr. Spiri's work in bringing this to us is much appreciated. Wishing all a safe journey back to this "Land of Enchantment."
