Amazing, amazing photos. I love them even more than the ones you took in El Salvador. Such grace, honor, humility and beauty - yes, beauty - in each and every picture. As usual, I love the view.

Thanks for the news of the past several weeks. Sounds as though you may be moving on shortly but it's been great for those of us at home to get some news of what our soldiers are doing in Mosul. Good luck to you and thanks again.

What a moving photo! My son is on his second deployment...and has a 4 year old sister at home. Last time he told me that when he saw young children in Iraq, he always thought of her. And was so glad that his sister was able to grow up in America. Yet, when I see the faces that he sees....it is moving. He has to know when he looks in a young child's eyes that even if the adults surrounding her don't understand it...he is doing his job so she has A CHANCE at a better life. Maybe not as good as his sister's, for a while. But better with each generation.
Thanks Jim. I wish this was on the cover of the New York Post, Times, WSJ etc! You deserve it.
